MRI & Seizure Changes

Here we go, I borrowed danny's fancy phone, and i'm punching keys like a two fingered sloth.
The mri shows some new growth. They're not going to radiate right away though.

Due to the seizure, my license has been revoked. I can not drive for six months. I have to show zero seizures for six months. If i have one, the timeline starts over.

I will be on antiseizure medicine for the rest of my life.

No swimming either. I have to get used to having all kinds of limitations.

I feel bad. This past weekend danny and i signed our marraige certificate just in time for my body to start falling apart. Now i wont even be able to go visit him.

Things can sure change quickly.

Maybe i need a Rascal, you know those little wheelchairs? I don't know how else im going to survive.

  1. I'm really sorry to read this Jess, I've been keeping you in my prayers everyday. I volunteer one weekend to pick you up in Wenatchee and drive you to OR to see your man. I am serious, you name the weekend :)

  2. Sad to see that your day did not bring the results that you were hoping for, but know that you are loved and prayed for by many!

  3. I'm in for the transport group! You and Danny get your calendars out and let "your people" help you out. We love you! Maybe make a list of travel days & share it with us so we can sign up for the drives. XOXOXO Aunty Lynn

  4. Yes! As I was reading I thouhgt, "I love Portland and I have family there." I am always up for a trip down and would love nothing more than to take you with me and drop you off to Danny. Seriously. Or if you just need something picked up around town. I can do that too. I am sorry to hear about the regrowth. Sending love and positive thoughts your direction. Hugs ~ Sara

  6. Jess, so sorry to read this... we love you so much. Since we can't physically drive you to see Danny, we will donate a roundtrip fare (bus, train, etc..). Just let us know when and we will sort it all out. Love you guys, you are always always in our thoughts and prayers. The biggest hugs and kisses are being sent your way. AJ and Matt

  7. Hey you- seems like we have known the two of you forever as you have touched our lives. We love you and are thinking and praying for you non-stop. Our home is always open to the two of you and we will see you in Seattle if not in Portland- Mary and Kevin

  8. Jess, I couldn't think of anything better than to catch up with you during a long drive. That's therapy to me! You should post a sign-up sheet or something so all of us can help!! Really! I am not good at knowing what kind of help to offer (you have some really smart friends), but I will help you with anything. I am still a firm believer that you will power through all of this one way or another. You are so strong and amazing and freaking hilarious (honestly laughed out loud at picturing you on a Rascal). Thank you for keeping us all updated. Sending all I've got!!!
